Rules

  • Check-In / Check-Out Times: Check-in from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Anyone arriving after 8:00 PM needs to make prior arrangements with the campground office. Check-out before 11:00 AM.
  • Late Check-Out: Late check-out can be accommodated for an additional charge of $10.00. Campers must be off the property by 1:00 PM. If a camper neglects the normal check out time of 11:00 AM, their card on file will be charged a “Late Check-Out” fee of $10.00.
  • Quiet Time: Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Please respect your fellow campers!
  • Speed Limit: The park speed limit is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced!
  • Campsite: Maximum of 4 adults overnight in any RV site, tent site or rental unit. Each campsite is allowed 2 vehicles. Overflow parking is available. Inquire at the campground office. No dumping of grey water or sewer on the ground. Day Visitors $5.00 per person, per day and must check in at the camp office.
  • Damage: Damages to cabins or campsites will be repaired at the camper’s expense.
  • Water Usage: Washing of campers, ORVs, vehicles, bicycles, boats and camping supplies is prohibited.
  • Pets: Pets must be kept on a leash. No exotic pets or animals with an aggressive disposition are allowed. Please clean up after your dog. Pets may not be left unattended at the campsite.
  • Campfires: Campfires must be kept in fire rings. Do not leave fires unattended. No foraging for firewood or cutting/breaking of trees allowed. Fire rings should not be used as “garbage pits”. Trash receptacles can be found throughout the campground. No nails or glass in the fire ring. Fire rings are cleaned after each visitor, and a $20 fee will be charged for glass or nails found in the fire ring. Firewood is for sale at the camp store.
  • Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited, including sparklers!
  • Firearms: No firearms, air guns, BB guns or sling shots.
  • Alcohol / Recreational Marijuana: We are a family campground, all alcoholic beverages and recreational marijuana must be consumed responsibly.
  • Lake: We are fortunate to be located on beautiful Otter Lake. There is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and NO SWIMMING AFTER DARK. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No one should swim alone. No glass is allowed on the beach. Watch your children carefully when they are in or around the water.
  • Fishing: Catch and release fishing only. Please respect our wildlife.
  • Boats: Electric trolling motors are allowed. Gasoline motors are prohibited. You may bring your own canoe, kayak, paddle board or row boat. Boats can be rented at the camp store.
  • Off-Road Vehicles: All ORVs are to drive in or out of camp to designated off-road trails. Please drive slowly while in camp. The 5 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced. Overflow parking for trailers is available, please make arrangements with the camp office.
  • Refunds: We do not charge extra for sunshine and we do not give refunds when it rains. Keep in mind that camping is an outdoor experience. You will encounter nature, including wildlife, insects and changes in the weather. We do not give refunds for shortened stays.
  • General Liability: All persons using the campground and your site agree to abide by and be subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations established for the use and occupancy of campgrounds. This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he/she does hereby forever release, hold harmless and indemnify the campground, its officers and employees of any and all liability whatsoever for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his/her/its use of its camping facilities, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the campground, its owners, officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss of damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered Camper arising out of the use of its camping facility.
